Hey, a thread!
I'm curious to see if Avocado/Plagueis changes dynamics at all.

But like can't a tribe just say "1 throws this round, 2 throughs this round, 3 throws this round...and 6 you are our best endurance poster, go for the win!" Like it's dangerous but like...how dangerous? Surely some variant of it gives you ridiculously good odds of winning.

If your tribe throws all of 1-6 then the entire other tribe is getting past all those rounds.

Do the points ever do anything cumulatively? If you win by being the one player not to be eliminated, and if all eliminations are determined on a that-round-only basis, then why bother making it take more posts to score points on different rounds?

This, I mean theoretically you might want to have 2 or 3 people really going for it in the later rounds, or maybe it is smarter to try and survive the early rounds and then have people start throwing. When you start throwing really depends on when other people won't throw.

I was going to declare the posts per point 100% a red herring, but I guess they lead to a higher propensity to tie and a higher likelihood of having to go back a round to tiebreak. But 4 posts per point isn’t that many, so probably still not that much of a factor.

Two rounds counting last round? They also got to handpick their new tribe!
One player gets voted this round, we go from 13 -> 12, three returnees could come in for three tribes of 5. 🤔

Okay ID speculation but Which half of Tortoise and Hare is Flum. Like the tone of those posts and the kind of bad reads that probably won't get punished reeeek of Fluminess.

Bonobo is almost strategizing well on the challenge; he's predicted the other tribe may throw out some sacrificial lambs in early levels so their own sacrificial lambs according to bonobo's plan will throw down like 9 posts early and all survive into round 6ish where a few designated players will take a hard dive, bringing the rest of the group all into round 7/8.
Question is, will the early round designated sacrificial lambs capitalize on their survival and throw down a lot of posts on the final levels or will they give up? Also they probably should do something more like 5 posts with the lambs going 4 in those opening rounds as opposed to 10/9. They don't know that, but there's a concrete maximum of posts, so you need to have as many posts as possible remaining to spend in the final rounds if you're going to win. So actually I guess putting down 10 posts in the early stages instead of 2 could doom the whole tribe...

Noooo Dislike She's the only one that's ever really connected with Monk, it's impressive that she did so strongly when nobody else could and i like their alliance and the loyalty there but Monk is wasting away, don't jump on the grenade for him!

It seems kind of bad that she found out Zero was down on her from Rey, because before that she probably would've been open with him and potentially won him over some, but instead she became cagey and cemented her nom
